OsteoFab®
in Foot & Ankle Reconstruction

Articulation and integration — in one implant

OsteoFab® PEKK offers a breakthrough in complex foot and ankle surgery by combining joint-preserving articulation with bone-integrating stability in a single, metal-free implant. 3D printed to patient anatomy, these custom implants are strong, radiolucent, and biologically inert — ideal for cases where precise biomechanics, imaging clarity, and long-term integration are critical.

Why Choose OsteoFab® in Foot & Ankle Cases?

Foot and ankle reconstructions often involve complex geometries, multiplanar deformities, or previous implant failures. With OsteoFab®, surgeons can overcome these challenges through precisely engineered implants that match the patient’s anatomy.

Designed in Partnership with the Surgeon

The design process is fully collaborative — based on CT imaging, surgical plans, and clinical objectives. Cutting guides, jigs, or drill guides can be provided to support complex resections and implant positioning.

Every case includes a treatment plan for review and sign-off, and we work closely with expert clinical advisors to ensure the best possible outcome.
